Mark’s principal area of expertise for almost 30 years has been property law and contracts relating to the commercial and residential sectors (including real estate litigation). He is one of the Directors of the Company.

A Cornishman and graduate of Exeter University in 1976, he qualified as a Solicitor in 1980, having completed articles with Wards in Weston-Super-Mare. He then worked for Osborne Clarke in Bristol before going back to study at Trinity College Bristol and completing a second undergraduate degree course. The next ten years were spent overseas in the Middle East which included setting up, establishing and managing a legal advocacy and human rights reporting agency. He returned to the UK in 1995 to take up practice in Mid-Wales.

Mark retains a keen interest in human rights issues, the Middle East and is a qualified yoga teacher with the British Wheel of Yoga.

Angela is one of the Directors of our Company with over 25 years experience of working as a solicitor in mid-Wales.

A graduate of The University of Wales Aberystwyth, over the years she has gained a wide experience in dealing with a variety of legal issues specialising in matrimonial & family law (she is a member of Resolution) and civil litigation with a special personal interest in environmental law and management. Angela graduated with a Master of Law Degree in Environmental Law at Aberystwyth University in 2010. She is a member of The UK Environmental Law Association and the Agricultural Law Association.

Originally from West Wales, Angela is a fluent Welsh speaker and has served on various Committees and Boards to include the Mid and West Wales Courts Board. She served as President of the Mid Wales Law Society between 1999 and 2000 and is currently a member of the External Advisory Board of the Centre for Welsh Legal Affairs at Aberystwyth University.

Angela is a qualified observer with the Institute of Advanced Motorists, Mid Wales branch. She also sings with Côr Merched Maldwyn.

William’s practice is primarily centred on non-contentious property and probate matters but he also retains an interest in litigation including matrimonial finance and employment issues.

He graduated from Aberystwyth University, qualified as a solicitor in 2000. After leaving University, William worked in Washington DC on the Congressional staff of both a US Senator and a US Congressman as well as a Research Assistant at the House of Commons. After completing a course of post-graduate study at Cambridge University, he qualified as a Notary Public in 2011.

William played league cricket for Welshpool for over 20 years before turning to golf where he plays off a handicap of 18.

Adrian has been a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives since admission in 1997 and has practiced law in Llanidloes for nearly 20 years. His areas of specialisation are property, wills and probate matters as well as family law and general  litigation.

He is a member of Solicitors for the Elderly having the appropriate experience and specialism in a wide range of legal issues affecting older and vulnerable people. 

He has lived in Llanidloes all his life and is an active playing and coaching member of both the local football and cricket clubs and has represented Montgomeryshire County Cricket Club on numerous occasions. He is the captain  and fixture secretary of Llanidloes Cricket Club and is the player manager of Llanidloes Town Football Club Reserves team.  He is also the Chairman of the Llanidloes and District Chamber of Trade.

Liam joined the Company in March 2013, being a graduate of Aberystwyth University where he also successfully completed his Legal Practice Course during 2012. He is currently undertaking his 2 year training contract whilst also studying for a LLM degree in Legal Practice on a distance learning basis through Aberystwyth University.

Liam has returned to his roots having being brought up in Newtown, Mid Wales and is a past pupil of Hafren Primary School and Llanfair Caereinion High School. He is a fluent Welsh speaker and has retained a keen interest in music, playing the Piano, Flute and Trumpet. He is also a former member of the North Powys Youth Orchestra and the Open Score Community Band.

Liam is a member of the Mid Wales Vintage Machinery Club Ltd and enjoys exhibiting vintage tractors and machinery in various shows. Additionally, he enjoys cycling and retains a keen interest in rugby.
